probléme d'ouverture de fichier avec windows

Bonjour, je n'arrive pas à ouvrir mes fichiers quand s'affiche : ouvrir avec ! je trouve pas le bon, et j'ai tout déréglé sur mon pc!

restart your Pc using last know good configuration . otherwise you have to restore your Pc using the system restore on the system tool 
Start-all programs- acessoires-system tools-systeme restore
