Hello,

I have a Sony Bravia KDL 32ex600 TV, and I’m unable to open the compartment of the remote control to insert the batteries.
How do I open the drawer without damaging the remote?
If you can help me!!! Thank you in advance

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

With the very thin blade of a knife, we slid the casing, like a pencil case.
