Comment modifier un fichier scanner ?

Bonjour a tous , voilà j'ai une imprimante hp avec un logiciel ocr ,je peux sortir mon doc scanner avec word ou en pdf mais je ne peux pas le modifier. merci d'avance

    Bonsoir,

    Si tu ne peux pas le modifier avec ord, c'est que ton texte n'a pas été scannée avec un OCR.

    Sinon, j'ai mis ici une méthode pour récupérer un texte image d'un PDF :

    Fonctionne lorsqu'on a Office sur sa machine.
