Bnjour , quand je cherche à exécuter certaines taches sous windows , j'ai un message du style :

Salut,
télécharge hijackthis:
http://www.hijackthis.de/downloads/hijackthis_199.zip
Installe le dans son propre dossier:
Par exemple C:\hijackthis
Lance le, clique sur "do a system scan and save logfile"
Puis copie et colle le rapport ici. -

Bonjour,
J'ai trouvé ça sur un forum anglais. Apparemment, ça marche.
A la fin tu te retrouves avec HP Image Zone au lieu de HP Image Zone Plus.
A mon avis, c'est sans importance.
I understand that whenever you try to open the Imagezone plus software it is trying to install documentviewer.msi, before you go for uninstalling and reinstalling the HP software, I suggest you to Update the Image Zone plus software from the link:

After installing the update, try to open the Imagezone plus and see if the issue still persist. If the issue is still there then Uninstall the HP software using uninstall utility:

Run the file for 4 times, remember to restart the computer after each time you run the Utility.
Just for your convenience, after uninstalling get the latest drivers from:

Ici Catch, consulte ma réponse dans le message précédent et applique la méthode. Pour moi, cela a marché. Il faut appliquer exactement ce qui est recommandé (4 passages de désinstallation!) et ensuite installer le nouveau fichier téléchargé...Bon courage! -

Rien de bien méchant dans le fond, et toutes les manips indiquées ci-dessus ne sont pas fiables, voire même hasardeuses... Et j'ai consulté pas mal de sites traitant de ce pb. Je n'ai rien trouvé de convaincant.
Bref, ce fameux "document viewer" est en fait la "visionneuse de documents HP".
- Il suffit lors de l'apparition de ce message au démarrage d'insérer le cd d'install HP du scanner ou de l'imprimante/scanner/fax etc... et de chercher le lecteur (browse) ou ce trouve le cd.
Cliquer OK et vous n'aurez plus cette fenêtre d'install qui s'ouvre en boucle...
Je pense que vos pb sont déjà résolu depuis le temps, mais je répond tout de même parce que je viens après un passage de 2000 à XP de rencontrer le même cas de figure (Message en boucle tentant d'initialiser Document viewer). J'ai personnellement une Imprimante HP1120C et un scanner HP4890. C'est bien le scanneur qui est en cause ici.
Si vous n'avez pas de matos HP en périph... virer tout simplement tous les éléments HP présents sur vos disques.

J'utilise le therme "MAIS LOL"
Vous le laisser s'installer et quand il demande d'insérer un cd mettez le cd d'installe de votre imprimante puis chercher le petit fichier demander en .msi et cela sera fini du mechant documentviewer !!!!
