Problème démarrage windows 7

Bonjour,
Un matin je vais allumer mon ordi un emachines em350 nav71 et il me dit :
"Windows Boot Manager
Windows failed to start. A recent Hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix problem:
1- Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2- Choose your language settings, and then click "Next."
3- Click "Repair your computer."
If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.
File: \Boot\BCD
Status: 0xc000000f
Info: An error occured while attempting to read the boot configuration data."
Voilà je ne comprend pas ce que je doit faire, je ne peux pas mettre un disc pas de lecteur et si je met le contenu sur une clef usb ça ne boot pas dessus....

Voilà je ne comprend pas ce que je doit faire, je ne peux pas mettre un disc pas de lecteur et si je met le contenu sur une clef usb ça ne boot pas dessus....
