Error: failed to create directory Azureus

Hello,
Until now, I have never had any issues installing Vista on different computers. But today, it's a disaster. I can't find a solution to my problem.
Let me explain. I install Vuze as usual, everything goes well until the moment the application opens. At that point, a "faster download" window pops up saying "installing" and doesn't go away. In the background, in the "downloads" tab of Azureus, a file is trying to download something like: C:\Users\"AdminName"\AppData\Local\Temp\AZU355411879467944196.tmp (by the way, this file is being installed) BUT in the "progress" column it says: Error: failed to create directory C:\users\test4\appdata\roaming\azureus\active\ (NOTE: different from "failed to create parent directory") and from there, it is impossible to download anything since the folder cannot be created.
I have tried to change the configuration directory in the options but I can't do it...
I don't understand anything anymore, while I have never had any issues before...
If someone can help me, I would be very grateful!
