Hello,

I need help because my MSI computer (Vista) crashed. When I run the formatting CD, the format does not complete and stops at the Windows installation step and this message appears:

"Windows could not clean disk0. The specified disk does not exist. The error occurred while applying the unattend answer file's <diskconfiguration> setting.

Error Code: 0x80300025"

    Hello.

    When you boot the Windows CD, instead of selecting Install now,

    click at the bottom left on Repair your computer.

    Search for and click on Command Prompt, then enter this:

    format c: /fs:ntfs /x

    Then restart the installation.
