Probleme de son

Bonjour, hier soir en voulant regarder un DVD de mon ordinateur portable ( un packard bell ) à ma télé, je branche mon cable HDMI. J'ai l'image de mon ordinateur sur ma télé mais pas le son..
Je vais donc dans panneau de configuration pour changer de périphérique ( passer de mes hauts parleur intégrés à la television ). Je réussis la manip' cependant une fois terminé je débranche le cable HDMI et je n'ai plus de son sur mon ordi.. Je retourne donc dans panneau de config mais la périphérique "Hauts parleurs" a disparu...

Pouvez-vous m'aider?? Merci d'avance =)

Bonjour

Avez vous essayé de mettre votre driver à jour afin que celui-ci retrouve sa place ( il se peut que celui-ci ai été effacé lors du remplacement par le branchement à votre téléviseur )

Merci de m'avoir répondus. Je ne sais pas comment le remettre à jour. J'ai été dans "gestionnaire de périphérique" et j'ai mis à jour les pilote audio mais il me dise que j'ai déjà le plus adapté.

Où puis-je trouver le driver correspondant?

Bonjour

Essayez ceci :
-> démarrer -> panneau de configuration -> son -> dans la fenêtre qui va s'ouvrir vous devriez avoir un onglet vous permettant de mettre à jour votre pilote ( driver ) ou reconnaissance de votre matériel ( carte-son par exemple : Realtek ).
S'il vous plait, précisez sous quel OS vous tournez ( XP, Vista ou 7 )

En fesant cette manip', on me dis qu'aucun périphérique son n'est installé, je ne vois pas l'onglet correspondant...

Je tourne via viasta.

Bonjour,

Télécharge et installe --> Everest-Ultimate, regarde --> ici pour le rapport, ensuite copie et colle-le dans ton prochain post. Pour le rapport, arrête --> après le DMI.

PS : supprime l'adresse e-mail si présente dans le rapport.

Bonjour

Vous pouvez aller sur le site "touslesdrivers.com" , après installation du PlugIn vous devrez lancer une détection et une liste de drivers vous sera proposée ( les drivers les plus récents pour votre ordinateur ) , vous pourrez télécharger le driver pour votre carte-son.
