What is the .st domain extension

Hello,

I would like to ask for some information regarding a website extension, the .st extension.

What does this extension mean?
Why do some people use it after .fr (such as lesiteweb.fr.st)?

    For websites: some sites offer subdomains that usually have the same characteristics as domain names. This avoids changing the address each time you change your host: in fact, after redirecting to your site, it creates a frame to hide your real address (you need to be careful with this kind of site).

    For files: are you developing in ASM 68X? normally these are files for ATARI ST IMAGE DISK, created for the Motorola 68000 processor (here, ST = sixteen/thirty-two bits)

    The .fr.st is simply a free extension and that's why people use it!

    If you want a domain name, you can get it here: www.ulimit.com
