Do you know any sites where we can download Indian films translated into French or even if they are in Hindi?

Well, it's simple

you watch the movie streaming, a movie that the site has illegally downloaded
people made the movie (actors, crew members...), the movie has rights (like you and me, but adapted for a movie, here, in this case, copyright)
copyrights are paid.

basically, when you buy a DVD for €20, €5 goes to the actors, €5 for the rights, €5 for the creation of the DVD, and €5 of profit for the store selling it (this is probably not the reality, these figures are for explanatory purposes)

so, instead of paying €20 to "thank" all these people for allowing you to watch the movie, you watch the movie through an illegal site, thus, illegal movie.

essentially, you don't have the right unless you pay for the movie and download it legally from completely legal sites on the internet.
