Recuperer ubuntu apres reinstall xp

Bonjour,
je vous prie de bien vouloir m'aider a recuperer mon dual boot
j'avais sur mon pc un dual boot ubuntu 10.04 /xp et pour un probleme survenu
(blocage du systeme) j'ai du reinstaller xp mais j'ai perdu l'acces a ubuntu qui est
toujours installé sur sa partition ( DD partionne en C , D , E et la partition ubuntu)
quelle est la procedure a suivre pour recuperer ubuntu .

      salut
      je suis de retour ce post je le redige a partir du live cd
      dans grub-pc il y a le point 4ou il y a un nota bene ou il
      est question d'utiliser une commande si l'identifiant est compliqué
      ce qui est mon cas.
      doit je passer cette commande avant le point 5 ?

        -v, --version print the version information and exit

        --grub-mkimage=FILE use FILE as grub-mkimage

        --disk-module=MODULE disk module to use

        INSTALL_DEVICE can be a GRUB device name or a system device filename.

        OpenBSD), and uses grub-setup to install grub into the boot sector.

        If the --root-directory option is used, then grub-install will copy
        images into the operating system installation rooted at that directory.

            je me resigne a repeter les reflexes windows (un modo m'a vertement sermoné sur ce meme forum il y a 2 ans pour ces reflexes) car c'est la seule solution qui reste .
