PC bloqué à l'étranger...

Bonjour, 

Mon ordinateur est un Packard Bell et fonctionne sous vista, cela fait déjà quelques temps que j'ai des soucis :

- Ne démarre parfois qu'en lançant la restauration système
- Ordinateur de plus en plus lent 
-Boîte mail qui envoie des spams

J'ai essayé de règler ses problèmes par moi-même en lançant plusieures analyse avec Kaspersky ce qui n'a rien changé. Maintenant j'ai un problème beaucoup plus grave, mon ordinateur se bloque totalement en mode normal, parfois en mode sans échec (écran bloqué, souris mobile mais aucune action possible). J'ai essayer de formater ce qui n'a pas marché puisque mon ordinateur a bloqué au milieu de la formatation. J'ai ensuite eu droit à un écran noir pendant une journée sans réussir à le redémarrer, à force de persévèrance cela a finit par fonctionner^^. Le problème le plus important est que je suis en Argentine, sans mes garanties et dans une ville où il n'y a pas de sucursale Packard Bell, et où je pense qu'il serait difficile qu'ils comprennent le fonctionnement de mon ordinateur tout en français. J'espère que vous pourrez m'aider, je vous poste les analyses Hijackthis et le rapport Anti Malware, s'il vous plaît donnez-moi un coup de main parce que là c'est la grosse galère !!!

- Pour le lancement automatique de la restauration système c'est possible que ça n'ai rien à voir en effet puisque ça se produisait quand ma batterie me lâchait.

- Pour la lenteur, je ne sais pas j'ai pas l'impression d'avoir tant de fichiers que ça je fais le ménage assez souvent.

- Pour la boîte mail, elle envoie surtout des spams et en reçoit parfois, ça reste rare.  Mais ça ne le fait que sur ma boîte mail utilisée par windows live.

- Pour la boite mail, tu recois des spams car ton adresse email a été partagé ( inscrit sur un site qui revend les emails etc ... mais ce n'est que des spams)

branche tous tes periphériques sans les ouvrir

/!\ Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation d'USBFIX, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

si tu as XP => double clique
si tu as Vista ou windows 7 => clic droit "executer en tant que...." 

sur l'icône Usbfix située sur ton Bureau.
Sur la page, clique sur le bouton :

&#9654 choisi l option Suppression

&#9654 UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l outil.

&#9654 Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

&#9654 Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

/!\ ATTENTION SUIVRE A LA LETTRE CES INDICATIONS/!\ __________________________________________________________ >Ce logiciel n'est à utiliser que prescrit par un helper qualifié et formé à l'outil.< >>>>>>>Ne pas utiliser en dehors de ce cas de figure : dangereux!<<<<<<<< ===================================================== ▶ Surtout , pense à l'enregistrement à renommer Combofix en "ton prenom.exe" avant qu'il soit enregistré sur ton disque dur Telecharge ici : Combofix Avant d'utiliser ComboFix : Les logiciels d'émulation de CD comme Daemon Tools peuvent gêner les outils de désinfection. Utilise Defogger pour les désactiver temporairement : ▶ Télécharge Defogger (de jpshortstuff) sur ton Bureau ▶ Lance le Une fenêtre apparait : clique sur "Disable" ▶ Fais redémarrer l'ordinateur si l'outil te le demande Note : Quand nous aurons terminé la désinfection, tu pourras réactiver ces logiciels en relançant Defogger et en cliquant sur "Re-enable" _________________________________________________________ >> referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours. >> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, >>la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, >>qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil. °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° si tu as XP => double clique si tu as Vista ou windows 7 => clic droit "executer en tant que...." sur combofix renommé ▶ !!!!!NE TOUCHE A RIEN PENDANT LE TRAVAIL DE COMBOFIX (SOURIS/CLAVIER.....)!!!!! ▶ n'oublie pas de reactiver la garde de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet. ▶▶ Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

&#9654 Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours ! 

si tu as XP => double clique
si tu as Vista ou windows 7 => clic droit "executer en tant que...." 

&#9654 sur "Ad-R.exe" pour lancer l'installation et laisse les paramètres d'installation par défaut . 

&#9654 clique le raccourci Ad-remover qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .
 
&#9654 Au menu principal choisis "option Nettoyer" et tape sur [entrée] .

&#9654 Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ... 

&#9654 Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...

( Le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report.log ) 
( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) 

&#9654 Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. 
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. 
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

DESACTIVE TON ANTIVIRUS ET TON PAREFEU SI PRESENTS !!!!! (car l'outil est detecté a tort comme infection contenant un module qui sert à arrêter des processus , et un autre servant à prendre des droits dans le registre pour effectuer des suppressions)

 et enregistre le sur ton bureau 

si tu as XP => double clique
si tu as Vista ou windows 7 => clic droit "executer en tant que...." 

sur le raccourci sur ton bureau pour lancer l'installation

Laisse coché :

une fois terminée , clic sur "terminer" et le programme se lancera seul

Il commencera par telecharger et installer ses mises à jour , puis te donnera son menu

choisis l'option Search

&#9654 laisse travailler l'outil

il se peut qu'une boite de dialogue s'ouvre , dans ce cas clique sur "ok" ou "Agree"

à l'apparition de la fenetre blanche , c'est un peu long , c'est normal ,c'est une recherche supplementaire de fichiers cachés , le programme n'est pas bloqué.

Le rapport s'est pas ouvert après le redémarrage, mon ordinateur s'est mis en mode normal après le redémarrage et j'ai eu droit à un écran noir j'ai été obligée de le redémarrer une nouvelle fois en mode sans échec...

Maintenant quand j'le démarre en mode normal déjà il est lent à démarrer, Vista s'ouvre, me demande mon code, etc,... mais quand j'ouvre ma session j'ai aucune icônes, juste ma souris et un écran noir !

Fais analyser le(s) fichier(s) suivants sur Virustotal :

    *  * Colle directement le chemin des fichiers , un par un , dans l'espace "Parcourir" apres chaque analyse :

    * Clique maintenant sur Envoyer le fichier. et laisse travailler tant que "Situation actuelle : en cours d'analyse" est affiché.
    * Il est possible que le fichier soit mis en file d'attente en raison d'un grand nombre de demandes d'analyses. En ce cas, il te faudra patienter sans actualiser la page.
    * Lorsque l'analyse est terminée colle le lien de(s)( la) page(s)  dans ta prochaine réponse.

Ca ne fonctionne pas j'ai l'impression que ma connexion est trop lente et du coup ça plante. Ca me met un message d'erreur comme quoi le serveur ne peut pas répondre à ma demande. J'ai essayé trois fois à chaque fois c'est la même chose...

Il m'a fait autre chose cette nuit, j'avais laissée la session ouverte en mode normal au cas où à force de patience mes icônes aparaissent et au bout d'un moment il a fermé la session tout seul et a bloqué sur la page où il me fait entrer mon mot de passe...
