Virus

Bonjour, j'ai choper un virus sur mon pc. Un logiciel s'appelant AntivirusStudio2010 est venu s'installer. En plus des alertes avast "un logiciel malveillant a été trouvé" viennent regulierement. Lorsque j'essaie de desactiver le sois-disant logiciel antivirus, il me demande un code de desactivation.
Enfin lorsque je lance un page internet j'ai le texte suivant qui s'affiche:
