Hello,
I have a serious problem; I bought a Wi-Fi printer but can't connect it to my laptop! Let me explain, it works perfectly, my printer is on the network, but when I select it on my PC, an error message appears: Unable to create a new port: 0000.
Please help me, I really need it.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.11

Well, in the meantime I found the solution.
During the installation, you need to choose Add a local printer (that's the trick, you MUST NOT choose add a network or wifi printer! then choose create a new port... That's basically what you need to do; it worked for my laptop running Vista.
