File Sharing (Time Capsule) - Windows

Hello,

I purchased a 1 TB Time Capsule and ordered a MacBook. I wanted to transfer my files currently on my PC (running Windows XP) to this external drive so that I could access them on my Mac later.

I was told that the Time Capsule has a system for sharing files on both PC and Mac, but that I needed to install the AirPort utility and Bonjour.

This has been done, and my Time Capsule is working perfectly except for file sharing... In the "AirPort Disk" module, when I enter the login (previously created in the manual setup of the AirPort utility), I receive the following message:
"Unknown user, incorrect password, or login disabled. Please re-enter your login details or contact the disk administrator (1203)."

Can you please help me access file sharing to drag and drop my data onto the Time Capsule?

Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.11

A solution that worked for me (TC 2010, Win 7 premium family, ethernet connection):
Start a search in the start menu (at the bottom) by entering \\10.0.1.1
Click on this result, the Time Capsule appears in the explorer
Drag the TC icon (Network drive) onto the Computer icon above
The Time Capsule 10.0.1.1 remains present as a drive on the computer, and finally works perfectly (fast, large and small files, only latency on the restart of the TC Hard Drive)

Good luck!

Having the same problem, is there a solution?
My MacBook Pro connects very well to the Time Capsule and the hard drive connected to it. After installing Airport on my home PC, when I launch "Airport" via the shortcut on the desktop, I also see my Time Capsule and the hard drive connected to it: but how can we do a drag-and-drop to the latter? On the desktop of the PC, the mounted volume of the hard drive does not exist on the desktop, nor does it in the File Explorer... Moreover, I have the same problem described above: when I click on Time Capsule via the icon of the Airport Utility present in the taskbar, it asks for my access code which, once entered, leads to the same error message... I feel that I'm close, thank you for helping me!
