How to split an A4 sheet into 4?

Hello,
I want a 12*12 poster divided into 4 on an A4 sheet. Since I'm not good in this area, please help me. Thank you.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.10

no, it amounts to the same thing, it's just easier for you to visualize, I used Excel to see what it would look like, here it is:
