Mafia 2 Installation Problems

Hello,

A friend recently bought Mafia 2, and as mentioned on Steam, you can play without the installation DVD; he lent it to me. However, I can't install it because it says the code is invalid. What can I do?

Hello,

It's because steam uses a sort of ranking that's a bit like this:

One code = one account

A code cannot belong to multiple accounts

My brothers, I have already installed Mafia 2. When I finished, I found it on Steam. When I click on play game, I see a small image of Mafia 2 and then it disappears, and I can't play.

Yeah, thanks.
But it’s still annoying. With Steam you can’t lend your games, it’s ridiculous...

Hello, the thing is I bought it second-hand and the guy who had it before didn't uninstall Steam, so it's bothering me a bit because I can't. :s

Well, it's not very complicated; otherwise, you take your PC, it gives you the codes, and you let it install instead of paying €50.
