Windows Update devenu impossible

Bonjour,
Après une restauration de mon système (avec l'outil Packard Bell) il m'est devenu impossible d'effectuer un Windows update. Les mises à jour ne s'installe pas ou quand quelques mises à jour s'installent c'est ensuite un plantage et je ne peux redémarrer qu'en mode sans échec uniquement.
Pas de virus détectés ni par Symantec, ni par Avast.
Spybot lui me trouve ça (l'origine du problème semble bien là)

Mais rien n'apparaît dans la base de registre ! Je fais réparer par Spybot mais ça revient et update toujours impossible. HIjackThis ne signale rien d'anormal.
Je tourne en rond . Quelqu'un aurait une idée ?
