Which software to watch videos?

Hello,
I just bought a PowerBook G4 and I would like to be able to watch videos from certain sites like TF1. However, every time I click on "view," the computer tells me that SAFARI does not have the MIME function to play them; It then asks me to download either Real One Player or Windows Media Player, which I do, but my problem lies (I think!!) in the fact that I don't know how to install them on my computer. Could someone please guide me through the process or suggest another solution? Thank you in advance.

    Hello, I'm having an issue downloading DirectX. I receive a message: installation failure of the plug-in, could not download the appropriate browser installation directory (error: 0x80070002). I'm struggling, thanks.

    Hello,

    It seems that to watch TF1 videos, you need a PC.
    With the right versions of the viewers.

    I was regularly watching the news on TF1 with CocoaJT, so on Mac. I also managed to see the Star Academy demo (and I ran away). But I have quite a few codecs and QuickTime components. I don't know which one is effective in this story.

    For the two mentioned apps, aren't they provided with an installer? You would just need to double-click on them to start the process. I also seem to remember that these installers place all plugins in their proper place in the folder: Computer/Library/QuickTime/ unless it's in: Computer/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/
    In any case, I didn't worry about it. It's indeed in Internet Plug-Ins.

    What is the file format on the DVD?
