What breed is this dog?

Hello, I went to see the movie "Marmaduke" at the cinema and I fell in love with that dog, Maizy.

I would like to buy a dog of the same breed, so I first looked up several sites talking about the movie.

But the sites contradict each other; one site says it's a blue merle tri-color Australian Shepherd while another says it's a Queensland Heeler mix.

So I hope someone who knows can answer me.

However, there is a small problem; this is the first time I've been on this kind of site and I don't know how to send you the photos.

    It's definitely an Australian shepherd, I guarantee my uncle has two.

    Ok, thank you very much, it reassures me that a purebred dog is easier to find than a mixed breed ;).
