Hello,
I would like to know why I can't use the brigandin carriers in neutral zone since I am neutral.

    First, to use a Brigand carrier, you need to have an alignment, either Brakmarian or Bontarian.
    Then, in order to use the carrier, the Brigand village must match your alignment.
