Bonjour,
je suis en possession d'un ordinateur de bureau équipé de Windows xp sp3. Lorsque j'essaye d'allumé ce dernier, la del de l'écran s'allume (couleur verte) et clignote, puis l'écran affiche le démarrage de Windows, et après plus rien et la del de l'écran clignote ...
J'ai regardé dans la tour et la del de la carte mère est rouge et reste allumé.En regardant dans les différant forum, je me suis peut être dit que c'est l'alimentation qui faut que je change. Mais avant de faire un changement je me réfère a vous.

    Bonsoir, il m'est arrivé la même mésaventure et j'ai galéré, bref, il faut retirer la carte vidéo de son slot, nettoyer les contacts avec un chiffon humide, sécher avec un chiffon sec et remonter la carte à son emplacement, ça devrai le faire.

    essayez de démarrer sur le CD de windows.
    choisir R pour entrer dans la console de récupération.
    à l'invité de commande c:\ tapez chkdsk et confirmez par entrer.

    celà va vérifier s'il y a des erreurs sur le DD.

    sinon vous pouvez aussi essayer les commandes fixmbr et fixboot pour corriger le secteur de démarrage.

    Oueng.., s'il y avait un message d'erreur, ....ça apporterait en précision.
    Ce qui permettrait de réduire d'autant le nombre de manip. possible, à une ou quelques une.

    chkdsk parametre F en court et pour le moment rien a signalé je test fixmbr et fixboot.

    Un rapport Hijackthis serai t-il intéressant ???

    lorsque je lance fixmbr et fixboot ah sa me met qu'il n'existe pas ou impossible a trouver sur le disque . je vous transmet le rapport hijackthis

      chkdsk c'est pour corriger des erreurs du DD.
      fixmbr et fixboot pour rectifier et corriger le secteur de démarrage de winxp.
      si tu doutes d'une infection virale utilise un cd bootable kaspersky ou autre.
      sinon tu peux réparer winxp sans perdre tes programmes et tes données..

    merci mais finalement j'ai reinstaller windows et toujour le meme probleme du coup j'ai commander une nouvelle cg car je pense que le probleme vien de la .

    si pendant le formatage et l'installation de windows tout a passé sans problèmes tu peux exclure le disque dur.
    reste à vérifier la séquence de démarrage.
    -1 CD ou DVD
    -2 DDur
    sans négliger biensur les barettes mémoire et la CG qu'il faut soigneusement nttoyer.
