Hello,
I have a problem with the HD reception of the Techwood TV
so every time I switch to an HD channel the TV displays "the video format is not supported"
Are there any settings to be made? If so, which ones? Thank you
Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.5.11

except that it has built-in TNT and was originally intended to receive HD, it's only one year old.
Otherwise, I wouldn't be asking the question... alas (if it were only that!)-

Check the technical specifications: sometimes the logos can be misleading.
I hope everything is okay and that the problem lies elsewhere and that we can resolve it.
Maybe a start of an answer:

Hello everyone,
I have exactly the same problem with my Techwood; the built-in decoder offers me the channels TF1, FR2, and 3 in HD, and when I select them I get the same message "incompatible display". I don't understand why these channels are not available in non-HD digital output from the decoder. That would be more than enough for me in terms of image quality. Other channels work fine (W9, M6 for example).
If you have solved the issue, please let me know how.

Hello,
I have the same issue
Television "td22led13-2" techwood HD
I am informed of new available TNT channels.
"HD1", "L'équipe TV", "Chérie 25", "6TER", "RMC Découverte" and "Numéro 23"
On my main television with my Numericable decoder, there are no issues.
But on my second television ("td22led13-2" techwood HD) still connected to the Numericable cable, without a Numericable decoder, but receiving TNT, after the update (Yet during the update, I saw those channels scrolling by) none of these new channels appear...
Why?
Thank you -
A priori, this television is not designed to receive HD but just "normal" digital. See you later.
At my place, I have an old cathode-ray tube TV with a connected TNT decoder, and it shows me this message on the HD channels. In the other room, the new full HD LCD passes them without any problem.
