Hello,
I would like to crop photos to 10 x 15 format so I can have them printed by a photo lab.
I downloaded Xnview, but I can't figure out how to use it (really bad at it).
Could you help me?
Thank you
Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 3.5.11

Hello Vonika,
I thought you were using PhotoFiltre and a bit of GIMP, so there's no need for XNView to crop, and PhotoFiltre is much simpler than GIMP; moreover, it has batch processing..... :-))

Good evening Vonika,
You will never get a 10x15 print without cropping because that's the issue between image formats and paper sizes in cm. The 4:3 and 16:9 image ratios do not match the dimensions of the paper, and cropping is necessary; the 4:3 aspect ratio (1.33) and the 16:9 ratio (1.77(1.78)) do not correspond to the 10x15cm paper dimensions (1.5)...
Here’s some reading because I don't have the courage https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Format_4/3, https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Format_16/9, generally speaking, digital camera images are in the 4:3 (1/33) format which corresponds to 24x36 (135)...
