How to read a VIDEO_TS.BUP

Hello,
I was sent a video via Hotmail that originally is a disk.
The problem is that this video is a VIDEO_TS.BUP and I can't open it.
I've tried with Nero ShowTime, VLC media player, Windows Movie Maker, Cyberlink Power DVD, Windows Media Player, Media Center... Nothing works.
Maybe I don't have the right codecs. Thank you for your responses.

Hello
VLC should be able to play it, but you need to "open the file" and click on the video ts ifo with the left click "open with" and click on VLC if your PC is not set up to automatically open with VLC...
