Music mashup software

Hello,

I am looking for a free software that allows for chaining music tracks.

I have already tried the fade feature on Windows Media Player, Audacity...

What I would like is for one track to start playing when the other is about to finish (about 15 seconds before the end).

Do you have any ideas?
