Hello,
I would like to reset my Samsung N130 as I am unable to find the initial backup. I don't know how to do it.
Moreover, if I change the current Windows 7 starter to Windows XP, will it slow down my PC or not? Is it feasible? Thank you
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 7.0

Since all computers, coming with a pre-installed version of Windows at their acquisition, contain a hidden recovery partition for this initially pre-installed version of Windows.
If you want to install another version of Windows on such a computer, go ahead. But do not choose to format the entire disk, for example, with an "original" Windows installation CD or third-party formatting software! At the risk of deleting this hidden partition?
If you want to reinstall Win 7 on this brand of computer,
there is a tutorial on this page that offers information where the [F4] key seems to be the key to press for the "factory" restore task of the pre-installed version of Windows on this computer.
Is it necessary to reinstall Windows? ....What is the problem??
And/or why change the version of Windows?
