I am a fire/air cra currently in preparation. At level 100, it’s hard to be a fire/air cra, but in case you’ve leveled up since your message, one of the best hats is the Bekille, which provides more agility and intelligence than the ceremonial hat and (it is possible to wear it at level 111 and it costs much less). As for boots, I have the Horchon, which is quite expensive but is one of the best. For rings, I have a Feudala fire FM, SAG, and an Aerdala air, SAG, but look in the market and pick the one that suits you best.
, My cape is the powerful cape. As for my weapon, I chose the warrior’s axe; it hits 4 elements: fire and air, your boost +40= mastery of the bow gives you 40 (even 50 with the minimum roll of the weapon) x4 = 200 base times 2 hits + your air and fire. I hit about 500 x2 per turn in melee, with the powerful cape, axe, and amulet of your choice from the market. I have 10 AP, so it’s super adapted for boosting and hitting.
But above all, don’t forget, it’s expensive but very practical, parchments 101 air and fire.
