Hello,
Can we add a second RocketDock bar?
One at the top of the screen like I've done, great,
and the other, for example, at the bottom?

The answer is no because if you try to install a second dock, the software detects the first one and stops, however you can install other quick launch docks
1-Winstep Nexus (Very good and in French)

2-Circle Dock (Not bad but circular, you can have more ++)

3-Object Dock (Also good)

These 3 docks can work together without issues with Rocket Dock
I advise you to use Winstep Nexus which is very good, even better than Rocket Dock (If you have a problem setting it up, I will provide you with screenshots of the settings)

I don't think so, but if you want another one, download another dock, there are quite a few.
