Il n'y a pas de version pour windows 7 sur le site Dell, mais essaie celui de vista --> celui-ci, clique sur télécharger, ensuite sur télécharger via votre navigateur internet, le fichier R139239.exe . Lance-le et vois que ca donne.

je ne sais pas comment installer ce type de drivers

Dans le gestionnaire de périphériques, fais clic droit sur le périphérique, mettre à jour le pilote, coche: installer à partir d'une liste ou d'un emplacement spécifié, suivant, ne pas chercher je vais choisir le pilote à installer, suivant, clique sur disque fourni, clique sur parcourir, sélectionne le fichier .inf et clique sur ouvrir, Ok, suivant, etc...
