les pilotes?je suis désolé mais je suis nul en informatique donc si vous pouviez m'indiquer comment savoir si j'ai les"pilotes", ou même où les télécharger sa serais gentil de votre part:)
Les pilotes (ou "driver", en anglais) du matériel, ce sont de petits programmes qui permettent au matériel de bien fonctionner.
Le mieux, je pense c'est c'est d'aller ici, sur TousLesDrivers.com : ils proposent un plugin qui cherchera tous les pilotes pour ton ordinateur.
Mais la Windows que tu as sur ton ordinateur, c'était déjà installé à l'achat, ou bien tu as fais une mise à jour ? (depuis Windows Vista ou Windows XP ??)

Quand tu fais un clic droit > "propriété" sur le poste de travail, ça doit être marqué à coté de la version de windows.
