Unassigned number even though it’s the right one!

Hello,
I've been having an issue for a few weeks with my mobile.
When I try to call someone from my contacts, a voice says: "Hello, Orange informs you that the requested number is not assigned."
I hang up, dial the number manually (without the +33 possibly), my phone even detects that this number is already saved in my contacts and gives me the person's name, and then I manage to reach my interlocutor.
It's a bit annoying to have to manually re-enter the person's number every time. Especially since I have to visualize it, remember it, and type it in without making a mistake, if I don't have anything to write it down...
Do you think the problem comes from Orange or from my phone (a Samsung F-480i, almost new)?
What can I do? Re-save all my numbers?
