Block the internal clock for a program

Hello,
on my PC with XP I had a software that allowed blocking the time for a program.
For example:
a program contains a virus that should only activate 5 days after I install it
and a program would block the clock just for this program (it no longer sees time passing.)
Does anyone know this software?
Configuration: Windows 7 Ultimate edition / Firefox 4 Alpha
