Hello,
Recently, I decided to get into photo editing using the software THE GIMP.
Everything is going well except for one point: the font of the text.
Indeed, I have a scanned document and I would like to find the font of it.
I naturally searched online and thought I had found the solution with a character recognition software. I tried using SimpleOCR (https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/bureautique/20177-simpleocr/), one of the few free software of this type.
But in fact, it changes the font of the scanned document to a well-known font (Times New Roman), which is not of interest to me at all.
I then spent an hour with GIMP testing each font and none matched (some come close but it's important to have the exact same font for the document I'm modifying).
I would therefore like to know if it would be possible, by any means, to identify the font of this document.
Thank you.
