pour POSTOOBE.NEC c'est un virus , il faut le supprimer
SmitfraudFix n'est pas un virus

donc ca explique pourquoi tu n'a pas de son

je n ai pas supprime les elements a faible risque dois je le faire ?
supprime tout ce que trouve a-squared , pour smitfraud aucune importance

ensuite recherche C:\Program Files\Surfairy\SurfairyPP.dll
et supprime le fichier SurfairyPP.dll si tu le trouve
si tu n'y arrive pas en mode normal essaie en mode sans echec

ou relance hijackthis

coche cette ligne
O2 - BHO: SurfairyHlp Class - {E0B9B5FE-B66E-4FB0-A1D9-726F0E743CFD} - C:\Program Files\Surfairy\SurfairyPP.dll
et clic sur Fix checked

Télécharge combofix.exe
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
clique combofix.exe.
touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
une fois fini un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Déconnecte toi d'internet ferme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.et provisoirement
arrete les anti virus et autres protection pendand l'analyse
Pendant la durée de l'analyse ne te sert pas de ton pc

une fois l'analyse terminé ,remet toute tes protections antivirus et antispywares

je n ai plus le gros point jaune peripherique inconnu dans le gestionnaire sous le numero de serie du pc.

par contre je n ai toujours pas de son et un nouveau point jaune ( le 4ème de la liste ) :

j ai telecharge everest et le pilote propose a priori le meme que packard bell ne fonctionne pas

sinon j ai fait une grosse boulette j ai supprime les upperfilters et lowerfilters dans la base de registre commande regedit comme explique dans une discussion lorsque le lecteur windows media ne lit plus code 19

en redemarrant la souris ne fonctionnait plus au niveau du choix utilisateur
alors j ai redemarre et la nouvelle boulette au lieu de choisir l option derniers parametres fonctionnels connus j ai pri le mode sans echec pour faire une restauration systeme message d erreur le disque est exclu de la restauration je l ai effectue quand meme et les upper et lowerfilters semblent etre revenus

par contre d autres problemes sont apparus

impossible de mettre une image de fond d ecran sur le bureau pour le theme et l apparrence message erreur n ont pu etre charges les icones des fenetres en haut a droite fermer agrandir ou reduire sont en tout petit

le clavier est en qwerty impossible de passer en azerty avec alt ou alt gr + shift ou maj

message d erreur au demarrage initialize.exe ne peut demarrer

toutes les icones dans la barre des taches en bas a droite ont disparues excepte l heure je peux remettre les programmes manuellement a chaque demarrage mais je n ai plus les temoins de la box et de la carte graphique

si je veux supprimer par exemple le rapport d everest ou everest ou encore driverfetch j ai 2 messages d erreur explorer.exe doit fermer et drwtsn32.exe doit fermer puis blocage de l ecran je dois redemarrer

pour les programmes comme everest ou driverfetch me dit qu ils n existent pas ils ont ete restaures puis supprimes puis annulation de restauration

en essayant de lancer un cd audio pas d ouverture de windows media une fenetre s ouvre me demandant de telecharger windows media 11

dans panneau de config puis systeme etat du disque dur = surveillance

j ai effectue un SCANDISK en cochant les 2 cases reparer un sfc /scannow dans la commande executer une defragmentation et utilise ccleaner qui est passe en anglais le tout sans resultat

scan minutieux par a squared = pas de probleme

voici ma question comment effectuer la restauration en incluant le disque dur

en esperant avoir ete assez clair merci j espere aussi juste ne pas devoir reformater

ps pour le son j ai commande une carte en port usb je te dit si ca marche des reception

si tu a le cd
LA REPARATION DE XP AVEC LE CD

il faut utilisé le cd en boot
attention un cd de XP Pro sur une installation de XP familial ne fonctionnera pas et inversement

1er
Le bios

Pour que tu puisse démarrer avec le cd, il faut « l'écrire »dans le BIOS
entre dans le BIOS au démarrage de ton PC en tapotant sur la touche suppr de ton clavier (cela peut changer suivant votre machine, mais c'est toujours indiqué sur l'écran au démarrage)
Une fois dans le bios tu cherche « first boot device » et tu met le cdrom en 1er
(pour t'aider ->regarde en bas de l'écran tu doit avoir les touches et leurs correspondances)

Met ton cd de Windows xp ou vista dans le lecteur.

Sauvegarde les changements.

Redémarre.

2eme
LA REPARATION

Une fois redémarré Appuie sur une touche pour lancer le cd-rom.

Tu laisse faire le chargement des pilotes

ensuite tu aura plusieurs options si tu fait R « ce qui parait logique » tu auras la console de
récupération,ce n'est pas le but rechercher...ici donc tu doit appuyer sur ENTREE et non sur R c'est comme si tu faisait une nouvelle installation

Clique sur F8 pour continuer

là tu sélectionne le système d'exploitation« si tu en a plusieurs » et tu appuie sur R

attention il te faut la clé de ton xp « fait gaffe si ton clavier numérique est verrouillé appuie sur la touche Verr/Num »
bien..tu n'a plus qu'à attendre une ½ heure

PAS DE CD ?

faites démarrer, exécuter et tapez command. ou cmd

dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre il ne vous reste plus qu'a tapez sfc suivit de la commande adéquat par défaut tapez sfc/scannow.

/scannow vérifie tous les FSP immédiatement
/scanonce vérifie tous les FPS au prochain démarrage
/scanboot vérifie tous les FPS a chaque démarrage
/revert remettre la numeration par défaut
/purgecache vérifie tous les FSP immédiatement et vide le cache
/cachesize définit la taille du cache des fichiers

si vous n'avez pas le cd xp
le meilleur moyen d'éviter la demande du cd, est d'avoir l'install de XP sur le disque dur, de préférence une autre partition, et même une partition spéciale pour ça ! Un peu comme la partition cachée des PC de marque (mais sans être cachée, ben, oui en cas de crash complet, c'est mieux !)
Genre ---->f:\I386 (le contenu va se monter à +/- 475 Mégas )
Le chemin de votre install est caché dans cette clé:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Setup\SourcePath
dans le cas ou vous décidez de copier le I386 dans f:
le --->SourcePath--->sera défini simplement --->f:\
en cas de soucis avec votre Sourcepath, regarder aussi cette clé:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\SourcePath
les deux doivent être semblables...
