Removing hold music?

Hello,

When someone calls my mobile (Samsung Player One), I hear hold music and a voice saying: "Your caller is keeping you waiting..."

How can I remove this message and this music?

      I called Bouygues customer service and I typed, typed and deleted :-D

      I had subscribed to a service called welcome sounds without paying attention.

      Just 15 more days with this damn ringtone and I'll be rid of it.
