Sims 2 [Academy] Garage driveway issue

Hello everyone =D
For some time now, I've had a problem at university. I bought a car and sent all my students to a community lot, but now there's an issue because there's no driveway!! My Sims weren't coming back, so I just removed them from university and put them back right after. I thought the problem was solved, but now every 30 seconds a window pops up in my game saying: "A vehicle is trying to return to this lot, but there is no driveway. In order for a vehicle to return, you must first place a driveway."
So to summarize my problem, I want to place a driveway, but since I'm at university, that option is blocked!!

Oh okay!! So I didn't quite understand: Is there no driveway at your place or at the community lot?

No, that's not what I meant =D My Sims are in university and so the garage construction mode is locked, so there isn't one on my university lot.

Aaah okay !! Well, try this code: BoolProp dormSpecificToolsDisabled true
It will allow you access to build & buy mode where it (normally) isn't available!
