Stuck drain!

Hi guys, I fractured a bone in my foot, I went to the hospital, so they put a cast on it. The next day, my foot was itching like crazy inside the cast, so without thinking, I took a big pencil and scratched it, but I got the cap stuck. It hurts a lot, every time I move my toe, it causes pain in my foot. What should I do? I considered removing the cap, but I couldn't do it. Should I go to the hospital?
