Probleme script inscription Fermé

Question

Bonjour, Dans mon script d'inscription a mon site ptc il y a un problème je n'arrive pas a le trouver.En faite le problème c'est que quand on valide l'inscription un message d'erreur apparait ce message dit que j'ai créer un compte.Quand j'essaye de me connecter avec le compte que j'ai essayé de créer le compte est inexistant.
