PC Connectivity - Waltham TV

Hello!
I know that this type of question is frequently asked; I actually did a long search on the forum before posting my question.
So, I bought a Waltham WTHD 3209b TV, but I lost the manual. I know that the TV has a PC connectivity (it's written on it), but I don't know what it is.
I bought a VGA cable thinking it would work, but once everything was set up on my PC, only the wallpaper appears on the TV.
I've already fiddled with several settings (in display properties, I've tried pretty much everything) but nothing works.
Are there any other settings? What cable should I use for a TV with PC connectivity?
