Unable to start Protools

Hello everyone!

For months now, I haven't been able to open Protools; I click the icon and nothing happens.
It's been 3 years since it was installed, and there's always been a problem when I start to get familiar with the software, what bad luck!
But do you know why, overnight, Protools no longer wants to open, no matter what I do? It seems like it's trying to launch because everything freezes somewhat, everything becomes slower on the PC, but nothing happens even after waiting for over an hour!
What's incomprehensible is that the day before this problem, the software was still working perfectly well!
I need an urgent response, as I've been struggling with this for months without being able to make any progress!

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

    Hello,
    You must have installed a Logitec webcam, which is incompatible with Protools. You can perform a restore point from the day before this installation. Otherwise, uninstall the webcam, Protools, and reinstall Protools.
