Problem with a proxy and browsers...

Hello... I installed a proxy today called "proxyway" but it doesn't work... then I uninstalled it... but it closes the connection in Google Chrome and Internet Explorer... but Firefox works fine.... Please, I want to solve this problem so that all browsers work.... Thank you.

    Hello, for Google Chrome
    click on options --> advanced options tab --> change proxy settings -->
    advanced tab --> default settings
    and the same for IE
