Color code associated with an image

Hello,

I would like to extract the color code from an image with a uniform color. I know how to do it with Photoshop, but I don't have it on hand :(
Do you know how to do it?

    Simply with PhotoFiltre, using the Eyedropper tool. This tool calculates the amount of Red, Green, and Blue and gives you the HTML Web code ;)
