    Hello,

I don't quite understand your question, the clipboard is not directly accessible, it's a memory area that stores images, texts, files that you've copied either from a software or by right-clicking and then copying from Windows.
The clipboard overwrites the last screenshot when you take a new one.

To take a screenshot, you press the Print Screen key (at the top of the keyboard, next to the F1...F12 keys)
If you hold down the ALT key and press Print Screen: you take a screenshot only of the active window.

There is indeed a clipboard viewer on XP and Server 2003 (command clipbrd.exe), but it seems to have disappeared since Vista and Server 2008.

For Windows 7, the executable Clipbrd can be found in the folder:
      C:\Windows\SysWOW64
