How to disable the Windows firewall? Solved/Closed

Hi everyone, I would like to install ZoneAlarm and I believe I need to disable the Windows firewall, right? If so, how do I do that? Thank you!

Hi, even better, you go to Start, Run, then you type msconfig, then you go to Startup or Services and you uncheck the firewall.

To disable the firewall, go to the active connection that links you to the internet, click on Properties -> the last tab, and uncheck the Firewall box....
