Spyware/Mouchard... Impossible de le(s) tuer.

Question

Bonjour,
Après de amples recherches sur internet, je n'ai pu trouver réponse à mon interrogation, mon chemin aboutit donc ici, chez commentçamarche, encore une fois...

Voici la problématique...
Je reçois des publicités depuis un certain moment, toujours la même en plus, la fenêtre s'ouvre et se ferme, et au bout de 5 fois elle arrête... mais elle recommence après deux heures environ... c'est vraiment agaçant...

J'ai tenté plusieurs choses, voici en intégralité toutes les actions qui ont été portées pour tenter de remédier au problème... (même si certaines ne servent à rien, on ne sait jamais, j'ai vraiment tout tenté...)

- Analyser avec Spybot: Search & Destroy... aucun mouchard, ni aucun spyware de trouver... seulement quelques tracking cookies...
- Utiliser toutes les fonctions de nettoyage et de réparation avec Tune Up Utilities 2009, mais en vain...
- Installer, et scanner avec Hijack This... rien de mauvais ne traîne par là...
- Scanner avec mon antivirus, ESET NOD32, mais rien de mauvais... rien n'est trouvé...
- Aller dans le gestionnaire des tâches et rechercher tous les processus suspects... j'ai trouvé le processus «lsass.exe», mais impossible de terminer ce processus, et même d'empêcher son démarrage (d'ailleurs, je n'ai même pas trouvé comment l'en empêcher...)
- Supprimer le processus «lsass.exe» à l'aide de la commande «cmd» dans l'invite de commandes, à l'aide de la commande «tskill lsass.exe» (car «taskkill \IM lsass.exe \F» ne fonctionne pas sur ma version Windows...)
- Placer le site dans les sites bloqués par explorer (OUI, CAR LA PUBLICITÉ APPARAÎT SEULEMENT SUR EXPLORER) et de mettre tous les paramètres de sécurité au plus haut... mais toujours rien....

À part essayer de trouver cette clef dans mon registre, ou vérifier toute la liste des dll actifs (ou encore faire un chkdsk, mais même à ça, le chkdsk ne changera rien...), je suis à bout de souffle... à court de solutions... Et surtout, ne me dîtes pas de formater mon ordinateur ou mes disques durs... j'ai déjà fait... mon ordinateur n,avait pas été nettoyé depuis 4-5 ans, donc il commençait à faire des siennes... donc, solution à exclure S.V.P.

Salut,

Télécharge RegRun Reanimator.

Installe le.

Si impossible,télécharge FixExe.reg.

Clic sur scan for viruses.

Clic sur scan windows startup.

Coche la case "Use deep level scanning once".

Clic sur "Make scan now".

Clic sur la flèche verte "Fix problems".

Si il propose Regguard,répond Non,ou peu importe,c'est a ta discretion.

Clic-droit sur le nom du premier item trouvé (dans le milieu de la fenètre) et "Save to file" pour sauvegarder le premier résultat dans un fichier nommé 1.txt (Par défaut dans "Mes Documents")

Clic sur la flèche verte (en haut a droite) pour l'item suivant

Clic-droit sur le nom du deuxième item trouvé (dans le milieu de la fenètre) et "Save to file" pour sauvegarder le deuxième résultat dans un fichier nommé 2.txt

Ainsi de suite jusqu'au dernier ensuite,choisit "Exit" quand il te le sera proposé.

Et poste les résultats contenus dans tous les fichiers 1.txt 2.txt 3.txt....

Eh bien pour l'instant, selon le logiciel ( RegRun ) , il a trouvé 89 infections... dois-je vraiment faire save to file pour chaque... merde, ça va être vraiment long... et en plus... ce sont tous relié à logitech... sais pas pourquoi?!
et j'ai pas fini... faut que je les réunissent tous en un seul fichier texte...

Je ne vois rien de vraiement suspect.

Si tu veut,fait ceci,

Démarre le,ferme la première fenètre va dans l'onglet Reanimator/Antispyware

 (Il les classe par potentiel de dangerosité... il faut évaluer).

Choisit File/Save log to file

Poste le fichier sur Cijoint.fr et coche la case "Rendre public" et donne moi le lien.

Y'a deux fois IE LOCAL BLANK PAGE dans le compte rendu.... je crois que c'est ça... c'est en jaune pâle....

Y'a aussi Rename-It et en jaune foncé en plus.... mais cé un logiciel pour renommer des fichiers, et je l,ai téléchargé volontairement, sur sourceforge.net.... mais ca quand même l'air de causer problème.... bah, les problèmes sont apparus vraiment pas mal de temps apres l'installation du logiciel....

Tu disait que la pub apparait seulement sur Explorer,c'est une des raisons pour lesquelles je n'utilise pas Explorer,Firefox est mieux,surtout 64 bit.

Et sait tu qu'il y a une sorte de spy dans google chrome?

je suis entièrement d'accord avec toi, Firefox est le meilleur, surtout en matière se sécurité!! Le problème, c'est que je n'ai pas utilisé Explorer depuis que j'ai formaté l'ordinateur (Mi-Janvier 2010), appart pour ce qui est des pages des produits Microsoft, qui utilisent automatiquement explorer.... eh oui, j'ai craqué... Chrome et son apparence impeccable... Chrome est effectivement mon navigateur par défaut (Firefox pour les autres tâches que Chrome ne peux pas faire)... est-ce que c'est une attrape? je veux dire, Google, c'est géant, et sa vaut plusieurs Millions de $, est-ce que chrome est vraiment un logiciel espion???

Et finalement, pourriez-vous me dire ou vous vouliez en venir avec Daemon Tools??

Et aussi, pourriez-vous me dire ce qui en est? car avec Reanimator (RegRun) je n,ai toujours rien effectué.... et avec son anti-spyware, j'ai trouvé une dizaine d'éléments en jaune foncé... quest-ce que je fais avec???

Le driver de Daemon tools peut ètre confondu avec un Rootkit,mais il est signé Author: Microsoft Corporation,c'est déja un bon indice.

Ok, merci de ton aide... donc en conclusion.... c'est à cause du logiciel Daemon Tools, à cause d'un problème de copyrights (si mon anglais est encore bon) donc daemon tools crée une clef dans le registre, et change son nom à chaque redémarrage de l'ordinateur, c,est bien ça?

Et à propos de Google Chrome, devrais-je le désinstaller, et supprimer google update de mon registre (après l'avoir désinstallé) ??

Et quoi dire de Daemon Tools? Si je le désinstalle, le rootkit sera-t-il toujours présent dans le registre??

Finalement, si je règle le problème de ces feux logiciels, vais-je finalement avoir la paix avec ces pubs?

Daemon tools n'a rien a voir avec un rootkit,il a seulement un driver qui change de nom pour confondre les éditeurs de logiciels.

Pour Google Chrome,je crois qu'il y a un logiciel pour désactiver sa fonction spy qui envoie des données sur tes habitudes de navigation.Tu pourrait continuer a t'en servir sans cet inconvénient.

Bon, jai fait le rapport avec ZHP, mais cest pas clair, je ne peux rien arranger ni rien corriger avec... et puis vous me faites télécharger trop de choses, et certaines sont trop compliquées à comprendre (peut-être vous expliquez-vous un peu mal?)

Mais pour l'instant, je n'ai appri quel quelques choses, mais toujours rien réglé... on peut faire une synthèse des trucs a faire, dautres a pas faire, des explications, car tout est pêle-mêle, et je n'y comprends plus rien a ce charabia... merci de votre compréhension...

Regarde ce que signifie 018 -

O18 - Protocoles réseau supplémentaires (et certains protocoles pourris)

Fix certaines de ces lignes avec HijackThis (en particulier celles qui sont inutilement répétitives).

Hijackthis fait une sauvegarde,tu pourra voir a les restaurer au besoin.

C'est résolu, mon ordi a été formaté, et je me suis acheté un portable, qui va 5 fois mieux, merci à tous de votre aide! :)
