Svchost à 50% utlisation proc, pc très lent

Bonjour,
depuis 2 ou 3 jours, j'ai des soucis de lenteur impressionnante avec mon pc du boulot.
j'ai eu des attaques de rootkit et de trojan, mais j'ai fait plusieurs scan avec avast, et avec secuser (trend) online, qui m'ont indiqué que la menace avait été fixée.
quand je scan aujourd'hui cela ne me dit plus rien.
Pourtant le problème persiste...
Quand j'allume le pc, il met + d'1/4h pour me redonner la main... pendant ce temps là, le bureau est quasi opérationnel, je peux lancer des applications, mais elles n'apparaissent pas dans la barre de tache.
De plus, la barre en bas à droite n'est pas accessible non plus, et l'icone permettant de gérer le son n'y est plus...
j'ai donc regardé dans le registre grace à process explorer, et j'ai découvert que :
svchost - pid 968 ou 956 - regroupe : unsecapp.exe et wmiprvse.exe
Alors je ne sais pas à quoi ca sert, mais hier j'ai tenté de kill le processus, et ca m'a obligé à reboot le pc (message disant que dans x secondes le pc va etre redémarré)
J'ai tenté la procédure qui vise à modifier un bug de windows update (en passant par exécuter etc...) mais rien n'y fait ...
Une idée ? svp ?

Oui tout ca est fait mais le probleme persiste :
avast à jour
adware à jour
cc cleaner à jour et effectué
spybot actif
process explorer utilisé
argente registry cleaner effectué aussi
...
Mon souci est encore présent...
