bonjour
voila je dois avoir un virus car a chaque demarrage du pc la restauratin du systeme et le pare feu windows sont désactivés.
Mon Norton AV nr fonctionne plus non plus;
J'ai lancé stinger et il n a rien trouvé, quand a spybot il trouve quelques fichiers lorsque je les erradique et que je redemarre le pc plante complet et je suis obligé de l'eteindre au secteur.
Quelqu'un aurait-il une idée, merci

il me semblait ke winlogon.exe et services.exe n etaient pas de bons fichiers mé bon tout fonctionne à part mon spouler d imprimante ki me bloque toutes les impressions mé ça le faisait avant

ben pourtant, dans ton dernier hijack C:\WINDOWS.000\services.exe etait dans la liste de tes processus actif...

l'autre avait xp aussi, verifie apres avoir rendu visible les fichiers cachés et systeme si tu as un ou plusieurs processus de cette liste dans ton pc:

Redémarre en mode sans échec
Laisse passer l'écran du bios, puis tapote sur la touche F8 avant qu'apparaisse l'écran de chargement de windows.
Choisis le mode sans échec dans les options et valide avec entrée.

lance hijackthis
coche et fixe cette ligne:
F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\fservice.exe

verifie dans le registre si tu as les meme entrées que celles du post 37

ensuite:

1- Double-clic sur KillBox.exe
2- ouvre le bloc notes et copie la liste en gras ci-dessous
3- Selectionne "Delete on Reboot"
4- reviens sur le bloc-notes et surligne toute la liste, puis clic droit dessus et clic sur copier
5- reviens sur killbox, et dans le menu du haut clic sur tool, puis sur paste from clipboard
5- clic sur le rond rouge
6- une fenetre va apparaitre pour confirmation clic sur OUI
7- une seconde fenetre te demande si tu veux redemarrer clic sur OUI

non, apparement plus de traces dans ton hijack de prorat

tu as supprimé des processus ?

tout d'abord j'ai fait cela: exécute Hijackthis (Tea Timer toujours désactivé):

Clique sur Open the Misc Tools section> Delete a file on reboot> Entre: C:\WINDOWS\system32\fservice.exe> Au message qui s'affiche réponds oui
Redémarre et dis ce qu'il en est.
ensuite j'ai fait cela car le virus etait toujours la
Lance ton antivirus et fais un scan ici:

en desactivant bien sur la restauration systeme et panda a reussi a eradiquer une partie
ensuite cela :Supprime manuellement fservice.exe et vire toutes les clés s'y rapportant dans la base de registre
relancer hijakthis et faire cela: Lance Hijackthis, scan et coche:

Ferme toutes les fenêtres, tous les programmes puis Fix checked
en mode sans echec
et toujours en desactivant tea timer
et enfin refaire un scan hijackthis et normalement ca marche si tu a le meme probleme car j'utilise avast ,spybot (d'ou le tea timer ) et adawrae
et faire un scan avec tous cela et ca devrai etre bon
mais pas de supression de processus
parccontre je comprend pas pourquoi tu ve supprimer winlogon.exe
