Mises à jour qui ne s'installent pas

Bonjour à tous !

Merci de me lire !
Voici mon problème :
Mon ordinateur refuse d'installer certaines mises à jour Windows ( KB976881 et KB977713 )
A chaque fois qu'il s'arrête il essaye de les installer, sans succès. Quand je rallume l'ordi, le petit bouclier jaune est encore là !
Comment ca se fait ?

Je suis bien tentée d'abandonner et de les désactiver mais y'a en une qui est une mise a jour de sécurité :-S

J'ai Windows XP Pro SP 3 et le pack Office 2003.

Parce que j'ai trouvé la solution à ce problème.
Donc si quelqu'un à le même problème que moi, faites la manip indiquée dans ce post : https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-1744295-sku011-cab

En effet, j'avais abandonné et juste ignoré les mises à jour Office.
Mais ce matin Excel a refusé de démarrer, il me disait qu'un fichier manquait (SKU011.CAB) et qu'il fallait que je mette le CD que je n'ai pas.
J'ai donc fait cette manip :
D'abord j'ai été dans Regedit -> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Microsoft -> Office -> 11.0 -> Delivery
Là on trouve un répertoire du genre 90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9
Sélectionner ce répertoire, dans la partie droite de l'écran, clic droit sur CDCache, mettre la valeur à 0.

Ensuite lorsque j'ai redémarré Excel, j'ai eu un autre message d'erreur : Erreur 1311. Fichier source introuvable: C:\MSO Cache\All Users\9000040c-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9\PA561401.CAB
J'ai donc ensuite fait ceci :
Je suis allée sur la page : ftp://82.235.13.34/logiciel/Office%202003 ou ftp://206.191.114.102/Microsoft%20Office%202003/OFFICE/
J'ai trouvé le fichier indiqué dans le message d'erreur. Je l'ai téléchager sur mon DD en cliquant dessus. Puis je l'ai mis tel que à l'emplacement indiqué sur le message d'erreur.
Attention : pour trouver C:MSO Cache, il faut afficher les fichiers cachés. Ensuite, il ne faut pas décompresser le fichier .CAB mais le copier coller à l'emplacement indiqué sur le message d'erreur.
Et là comme par magie, je peux réutiliser Excel ET je peux remettre à jour Office ^^

Bonjour,
Va dans: C\windows\software distribution\download, supprime tout le contenu dans download, pas le fichier lui-même , ensuite retourne sur windows update et vois que ca donne.

Malheureusement, ca n'a pas marché :-(
Il ne veut toujours pas les installer !
J'ai déjà fait des tas de mises à jour avant et je n'avais pas ce problème.
A quoi est-ce du ?

Hello

Ton disque windows doit être C:
Va voir dans C:\Windows\ il y a un fichier "WindowsUpdate.log"
Tu pourras le lire avec le bloc note. Il faut aller au bout (en bas).
C'est un journal des actions et erreurs des MAJ. Tu devrais
trouver des messages d'erreur intéressants. Fais-nous un copier-coller
de ces lignes.
Remarque : Il y a quelquefois un problème de place sur le disque C:
WindowsUpdate stocke tout sur le disque (fichiers temporaires) et
les supprime ensuite. Sauf qu'au max de l'utilisation du disque C:
il peut ne plus avoir de place et planter les mises à jour importantes.
(en volume).

Voilà ce que ca donne, ca dit bien que ca "fail" avec quelques codes d'erreur :-s
Par contre pour mon DD il n'est même pas rempli au quart. Avec 100G restant. Donc ca devrait être suffisant pour les installer.

Apparemment ce sont des mises à jour pour Office.
Il y a un truc Microsoft pour ce genre de problème.
Va voir : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/903772
Il y a plusieurs possibilités et le dernière est la réinstallation d'Office...
Tu as un Office valide ? (pas une version limitée dans le temps et échue ??).

Va dans démarrer, exécuter, tape: cmd et OK.
tape: net stop wuauserv et enter.
tape: ren %windir%\SoftwareDistribution SoftDist.old et enter.
tape: net start wuauserv et enter.
tape: exit et enter.
Essaie de les installer manuellement:

En faisant ta manip ekim, et que j'essaye d'installer les mises à jour manuellement. Il me sort un message d'erreur : erreur 1311. Fichier source introuvable : C:\MSOCache\All Users\9000040c-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383c9\PA561401.CAB
Vérifier que ce fichier existe et que vous êtes autorisé à y accéder.

Est-ce que je peux télécharger ce fichier quelque part et le mettre sur mon disque dur ?
Sachant que malheureusement je n'ai pas le cd d'installation, l'ordi m'ayant été offert...
