Probleme avec stoik video converter

Bonjour,
j'ai téléchargé stoik converter mais quand je veux l'installer il y a le message suivant qui apparait :
the NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction. CS:126f IP:01c0 OP:63 2e 3c 2f 74 Choose 'close' to terminate the application.
après je clic sur fermer parce que j'ai rien d'autre à faire et le programme ne s'installe pas.
de l'aide please.
